Sector 9 Almabtrieb 2016 / Practice Day #2 (Steezy Edit)

Even though it rained all night and into the morning, many riders were ready to rip down the track in the wet. Starting at 1pm, 6 runs took place on the 1.9 km track in increasingly colder conditions as the clouds moved around us. For those who were already wet from the skating it didn’t matter, they’d taken the plunge and were reaping the benefits. The amount of grip in the wet allowed riders to skate hard and even a few high sided, should have leaned more. We’re back on the hill tomorrow for the start of timed qualification runs.
